02. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, booking a consultation, or engaging our design services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

03. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or systems.
• Introduce malicious software, viruses, spyware, or harmful computer code.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without written authorization.
• Misrepresent your identity or supply false contact information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access if misuse or security threats are detected.

04. Professional Services

All design services are executed according to the specific project scope, written proposal, and contract agreement executed between RVR SPATIA and the client. Project timelines, deliverables, and fee structures may vary depending on project scale, design complexity, client approvals, site conditions, government approvals, and third-party consultant coordination.

05.Design Proposals & Quotations

All quotations and design proposals issued by RVR SPATIA are valid for the specific period stated therein, subject to revision if project parameters change, and prepared based on client-supplied information. Additional scope requested beyond the original proposal will incur extra design fees.

06. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate site documents and spatial requirements, obtaining necessary statutory permits, reviewing design submissions promptly, adhering to agreed payment milestones, and notifying RVR SPATIA of any structural or site changes that affect execution.

07. Design Revisions

Standard design revisions are included as specified in individual project agreements. Revisions requested after stage approval or exceeding the agreed iteration limit will require additional design fees and adjusted completion schedules.

08.Payments & Commercial Terms

Payment schedules are defined in each project contract. Advance payments may be required prior to commencing work stages, and milestone payments are due upon stage completion. Delays in payment may impact project schedules, and final CAD drawings or BIM models will be released upon receipt of full payment.

09. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are formulated under normal operating conditions. RVR SPATIA is not liable for schedule adjustments resulting from client decision delays, government authority permissions, contractor execution delays, weather constraints, material shortages, or force majeure events.

10.Construction & Turnkey Execution

For Turnkey or Project Management contracts, construction quality aligns with approved drawings and specifications. On-site variations requested during construction may alter costs and deadlines. Where contractors are directly engaged by the client, RVR SPATIA's role is strictly limited to design intent consultancy.

11.Third-Party Consultants & Vendors

Projects may require collaboration with external structural engineers, MEP consultants, land surveyors, general contractors, and material suppliers. RVR SPATIA is not liable for performance failures, delays, or errors attributable solely to third parties outside our direct contractual employment.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless formally transferred in writing, all architectural drawings, interior concepts, 3D renderings, floor plans, specifications, and digital media created by RVR SPATIA remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the specified single project. Drawings may not be resold, copied, modified, or reused for another development without written consent.

13.Website Content & Media

All text, photography, graphic assets, design layouts, and code on this website are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

14.3D Visualizations & Renderings

3D renders and virtual walkthroughs serve as artistic representations of design intent. Natural material variations, lighting differences, manufacturer availability, or field adjustments may result in slight variations in the final constructed space.

15.Smart Home & Automation Technology

Smart home automation depends on hardware, third-party software platforms, electrical wiring, and network connectivity. RVR SPATIA is not responsible for third-party software updates or network infrastructure interruptions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RVR SPATIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, business interruptions, or delays beyond reasonable control. Our overall financial liability is strictly capped at the total professional fees paid for the specific service contract.

17.Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement pursuant to the cancellation terms set forth in the project contract. Compensation for work completed prior to termination and non-refundable vendor commitments remains payable by the client.

18. Confidentiality

We safeguard client project data, budget disclosures, and proprietary information. Confidential details will not be disclosed to unapproved third parties except as required for project execution or statutory compliance.

19.Portfolio & Publication Rights

Unless specifically restricted by written agreement, RVR SPATIA retains the right to photograph, document, and publish completed architectural and interior projects across our website, portfolio, social channels, design publications, and award submissions.

20. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions periodically. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp.

22.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
